Why are orders 100% Prepaid? (No Cash on Delivery)

Snatched Store is an Instagram-first, 100% Made-to-Order studio. Every single Snatched top is individually cut and hand-embellished with Zardozi/mirrorwork specifically for your measurements after your order is placed.

Because made-to-order garments cannot be re-sold to another customer if abandoned at delivery, Cash on Delivery (COD) is structurally absent across our entire checkout system. All orders are processed via 256-bit encrypted Razorpay prepaid payment (UPI, Cards, NetBanking).

What is the Made-To-Order Shipping Timeline?

Production & Hand-Embellishment takes 7–10 business days in our studio. Once quality checks pass, orders are dispatched via Shiprocket Pan-India express air shipping (2–4 days delivery time). You will receive automated WhatsApp & email tracking updates with your Shiprocket AWB link.

What is your Alteration & Exchange Policy?

Because each garment is handcrafted to order, standard cash refunds are not offered for made-to-order pieces. If your top arrives and needs minor fitting adjustments (e.g. tightening at waist or shoulder seam), contact our team within 48 hours of delivery and we will guide you through the next steps.

Alteration requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email with photos of the fitting issue. We do not offer cash refunds for made-to-order garments — our commitment is to ensure your piece is properly tailored to your measurements.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We understand plans change! Orders can be cancelled before they enter the packing/crafting stage. Here's what you need to know:

Order Pending / Confirmed → ✅ Can Cancel

Your order has not yet entered the studio crafting queue. You can cancel directly from your Order Tracking page (link in your confirmation email) within this window.

Order Packing / Dispatched / Delivered → ❌ Cannot Cancel

Once studio crafting begins, your garment fabric is already cut and embellishment started. Cancellation is not possible at this stage — please reach out to our team for alternation support options.

To cancel: visit your Order Success / Tracking page (bookmarked at /order-success/[your-order-id]) and click "Request Cancellation". You can also contact us directly on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
